EDINA, MN (September 20, 2013) – It was a “hole-in-one” for the Coldwell Banker Burnet Foundation as it raised $28,500 at its charity golf challenge event at the Majestic Oaks Golf Club. The proceeds of the event will benefit the Foundation’s housing-related charitable partners including Bridging, Grace Place, Mary’s Wish, SpareKey, Erik’s Ranch and Restart.
“Having a place to call ‘home’ is an essential part of our daily lives,” said Robin Peterson, president of Coldwell Banker Burnet. “As Realtors we know the importance of that and are committed to making a difference in the communities that we serve. We are proud to give back and support our Foundation partners, who are committed to helping those in need.”
“It is very rewarding to see all the hard work and dedication come together for a spectacular day. This event would not have been possible without the hard work of the many people who volunteered and for the generosity of the event sponsors,” adds Peterson.
