uffalo, MN, January 26, 2015: Coldwell Banker Burnet Foundation has donated $1,000 to Community Health Foundation of Wright County (CHF) in support of Lakeside Oasis. A check presentation took place in the Buffalo Coldwell Banker Burnet Wright County office on Tuesday, January 20, 2015. Branch Vice President Kelly McClintock presented the $1,000 check to Stephanie Golden, Associate Director, Development, CHF.
Coldwell Banker Burnet Foundation is the charitable arm of Coldwell Banker Burnet and a local chapter of the Realogy Charitable Foundation Inc., a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization. The Coldwell Banker Burnet Foundation’s mission is to support housing-related needs of people at all stages of life in the communities they serve. The Community Health Foundation of Wright County (CHF) has a mission to support and promote Lakeside Oasis, the end of life comfort care facility at the Lake Ridge Care Center campus. Lakeside Oasis is a one-of-a-kind setting for end of life comfort care serving Wright County and the surrounding areas. Chaplaincy spiritual care, twenty-four hour a day medical care staff, music therapy and social work are a few examples of the way Lakeside Oasis serves. CHF is committed to raise the charitable funds needed to sustain Lakeside Oasis with its specialized comfort care staff, end of life therapies and the Lakeside Oasis gathering space.
